COLONIE -- Germaine O. Willard, 72, of Colonie, died Saturday, January 6, 2001 at Eden Park Health Care Center in East Greenbush, after a long illness. She was born in Albany and was the daughter of the late Walter E. and Catherine G. Munro Rapp. Mrs. Willard had been a resident of the Village of Colonie since 1962. She was employed as a clerk with the New York State Dept. of Taxation & Finance, retiring ten years ago. She was a member of the Daughters of Scotia, Eastern Star, Cauldron (formerly the Grotto), Senior Citizens Center of Colonie and H.P. Kuhn Country and Line Dancers.
